About the artist:

Born 01.07.1923, Odessa – Died 02.10.1993, Kiev. Painter, member of the Union of Artists of USSR (from 1963). Well-known footballer, played for Kiev "Dynamo" (1947-1953). World War II participant.  Visited Grekov School of Art in Odessa as a student-auditor(1945). Continued his studies after demobilization. Worked as an artist in the Art-Production Center of the Art Fund in USSR (from 1958). Worked in the field of landscape painting. Participated in national and all-national art exhibitions (from 1958). Works: "Donetsk Komsomolskaya", a series of paintings "Azovsteel", "Near Tarasov Mountain," "Village Morintsy", "Summer", "Kruchi of the Tripoli" and others.
